About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from Kesher Mobile. By ticking the box at checkout you agree to them. Network services are provided by the relevant UK or international network partner.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds and include VAT. Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout. Monthly plans are charged each month until cancelled or until the minimum term ends, as shown before you pay.

Prepaid data SIMs

• Pre-loaded and ready to use. Allowances expire at the end of the period shown.
• 14-day money-back guarantee if unused or faulty — see Delivery & Returns.

Travel eSIMs

• Delivered instantly by email as a digital product.
• By completing your order you agree the eSIM is supplied immediately, so the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once the QR code is sent.
• Faulty eSIMs that can't be installed or connected will be refunded or replaced.
• You're responsible for checking your phone supports eSIM and is unlocked.

5G home broadband

• Plans have the minimum term and monthly price shown before payment. Your order confirmation is your contract summary.
• Speeds depend on signal at your address and are not guaranteed.
• You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for a refund under our money-back guarantee.
• Early cancellation after 14 days may incur charges for the remaining minimum term.
• The router must be returned in its original packaging and condition if you cancel.

Fair use

Services are for personal use. Resale, illegal use or misuse that harms the network may lead to suspension.

Liability and complaints

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. For complaints, email orders@keshermobile.co.uk and we'll aim to respond within 2 working days. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
