• Travel eSIMs are delivered instantly by email.

14-day money-back guarantee

Applies to 5G broadband and prepaid data SIMs. It doesn't apply to travel eSIMs once delivered.

• Tell us within 14 days of delivery.
• Return the item in its original box and packaging, in good condition. Opening it to test is fine.
• Return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.
• Refunds are made to your original payment method once we receive the item.
