Broadband FAQs
How quickly can I get connected?
Connection times depend on the service available at your address and whether equipment needs to be delivered. We will confirm the expected timing when your order is reviewed.
Where should I place my 5G broadband router?
Place it upright near a window or external wall, away from large electrical items and enclosed cupboards. Try a few positions and use the one that gives the strongest, most stable signal.
