Who we are

Kesher Mobile sells UK SIM plans, 5G home broadband and travel eSIMs. Contact us about your data at orders@keshermobile.co.uk.

What we collect

• Name, email, phone number and delivery address when you order.
• Postcodes you enter in our coverage checker.
• Messages you send us through chat, email, WhatsApp or our returns form.
• Anonymous site usage, such as pages viewed and support buttons clicked.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your order (contract).
• To recommend a suitable plan for your address (legitimate interest).
• To meet legal, tax and accounting duties (legal obligation).
• To improve our website (legitimate interest).

We never sell your data and don't send marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor (Stripe), network and eSIM suppliers, delivery couriers, email and hosting providers. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting purposes. Support messages are kept for up to 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or request a copy. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
